All good leaders know themselves well. They know what they want. They know what their strengths are in order to maximize them. They know what their limitations are and work at minimizing their effects. This workshop is for those who are serious about personal growth. Richard, a registered Psychotherapist in private practice, has more than 10 years of extensive experience in offering psychological consultancy and training to corporate companies, international agencies and community institutions. He trains and guides leaders in psychological understanding, skills and techniques for high work performance, effective people management, communication skills and motivating change. He is also active in providing community services in the form of psychological care and therapeutic consultancy. Richard has a Master in Social Science from the University of South Australia and a B.A.(HON) from National University of Singapore. |
